Advantages of the O-1 Visa

The O-1 visa offers numerous benefits:

  5. Petition Filed by U.S. Employer/Agent: A U.S. employer, U.S. agent, or foreign employer through a U.S. agent must file the petition on your behalf.
  6. Advisory Opinion: Obtain a peer group, labor organization, or management organization’s opinion regarding your qualifications.
