O-1A Visa: Extraordinary Ability in Science, Education, Business, or Athletics
The O-1A Visa is a non-immigrant work visa for individuals with extraordinary science, education, business, or athletics abilities. - Pathway to Green Card (EB-1A Category): Eligible individuals can apply for a U.S. Green Card without employer sponsorship.
